    Most lawn care and maintenance properties are serviced once per week as part of our total landscape maintenance program. Service frequency may be adjusted based on seasonal growth patterns or weather conditions.

  • Will my lawn care service be on the same day each week?

    Yes. We schedule lawn maintenance on a consistent weekly service day to maintain structure and reliability, unless severe weather causes a delay.

  • Will the same crew handle my lawn maintenance each visit?

    Yes. Dedicated lawn care crews are assigned to your property to maintain consistency, familiarity with your landscape, and dependable quality standards.

  • What happens if there is a rain delay during lawn service?

    If weather prevents us from performing scheduled lawn care, we return on the next available business day once conditions allow. You will receive a text notification with your updated service time.

  • How do I pay for my lawn care services?

    Invoices for lawn maintenance services are sent at the end of each month and are due according to your service agreement. We accept payment by check or credit card.

  • Do you offer a warranty on landscaping and plants?

    Yes. We offer a 1-year warranty on all plants, provided they are properly cared for and maintained in accordance with our guidelines.

  • How soon can you begin my hardscaping project?

    Most hardscaping projects begin within 3–6 weeks after proposal approval, depending on scheduling, material availability, permitting requirements, and the time of year.

  • How do you guys estimate and bill for irrigation?

    We provide an estimate of the necessary repairs for the system. $115 service call and then Parts plus Labor to fix)

  • If I have a leak, how quickly can you fix it?

    We can fix most problems the same day or next day that you call.

    We charge $1300 per zone, and most homes are 6-7 zone systems
