In case you’ve been under a rock for the last however long, there has been a huge influx of new chain restaurants in the Sandhills. Not to be left out is Texas Roadhouse. Approximate opening will be the first of Feb. In advance of its arrival, a couple of us tried out the fare at their location in Greenville, NC while on a work trip. We recommend the ribs and anything you can dip into their Ranch Dressing! Not to be undermined, they usually feature a couple of cheap beers on special. No bias at Heffner against cheap, American Beer!

In the mean time, keep your eyes peeled for the Heffner Guys in the Red Hats installing the new landscape and irrigation! Also, we’ll be hydroseeding with our new unit.
